FlopTech Engineering Releases Poker Tweeter 1.4

Kensington, California - November 22, 2011 - FlopTech Engineering has updated their Poker Tweeter app for iPhone. There are two new lists in the "favorites" view: one for general tweeters (the ★ list), and another for poker-specific tweeters (the ♠ list). Users can add any other Twitter user to these lists at any time, and tapping a user in either list shows a list of that user's tweets. The user profile view now has a buttons for favoriting / unfavoriting any user in either of the lists. This release also adresses minor functional and cosmetic issues.

Kensington, California - October 18, 2011 - FlopTech Engineering has updated their Poker Tweeter app for iPhone. Users may now cancel composing a tweet and save it for later sending. One tap in the list of saved tweets resumes composition. And whenever a tweet fails to be sent, it is automatically saved in the list of saved tweets. This release also adresses minor cosmetic issues.

Several new tweet composition features have been added, including new @username and #hashtag lists that allow users to add user names and hashtags to tweets with one tap. The 100 most recent user name and hashtags are arranged chronologically, so the most recently tweeted user names and hashtags appear at the top of their list. In addition, users may favorite and unfavorite tweets in any timeline or user tweet view.

FlopTech Engineering Releases FlopZoom 1.6

Kensington, California - February 24, 2011 - FlopTech Engineering has released FlopZoom 1.6, which adds faster statistics and playback animation to the powerful and flexible FlopZoom poker tracking and analysis package for Mac. Statistics calculations in the HUD and statistics pane are now 60 to 100 times faster for long-term intervals with no filters set.

In addition, the playback pane now features animation of board cards, hole cards, player background images, and the dealer button on Mac OS X 10.6 systems. There are many other performance, stability, and user interface improvements as well. This is a free update for all registered users, and it starts a new 30 day trial period when installed over older expired versions.

FlopZoom provides Mac using PokerStars and Full Tilt players with an attractive and easy to use head-up display (HUD), automatic or manual hand playback, stack and pot size graphs for up to four players at once, real-time statistics for up to four players at once, and real-time analysis of players' styles and habits. It allows users to zoom in on the details of a hand, to zoom out to see how a player bet his or her draws over an entire career, or to step through a day, week, month, or year of sessions to see how anyone's style has changed for better or worse.

FlopZoom was developed using the Apple Xcode development environment, and it was designed and built by and for Mac OS X users. FlopZoom requires Mac OS X 10.5 "Leopard" or later, including all versions of 10.6 "Snow Leopard." Intel Macs with 2GHz or higher processor speeds are supported, and 2GB or more RAM is strongly recommended.

FlopTech will maintain a legacy version of FlopZoom 1.5 for users with older Macs running Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger." This version will include some of the updates in FlopZoom 1.6 but will no longer be updated with new features going forward.

FlopZoom gives users a 30 day free trial period, after which users must purchase FlopZoom in order to add more sessions to its database. FlopZoom is priced at USD $45 and is available for download directly from FlopTech engineering at www.floptech.com.
